Cross Creek Boulevard is located to the North of Hunters Green to the East Highland Oak Drive Bruce B.Down Boulevard to the west.

As of the census of 2010, there were 5,056 people and 1,853 households residing in the neighborhood. The racial makeup of the neighborhood was 74% White, 13% African American,7% Asian,3% from other races, and 2% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 16% of the population.
